Finding Inspiration in Every Turn
In 2017, the then Board of Trustees had an architectural firm review the buidling to identify short and long-range maintenance plan. The condensed list was part of the Noblin Report List. (Read the full report here.)
This study is being used to help identify areas within and outside the building that may require maintenance. While the Management Company is responsible for the mechanical workings in the building, the Board has a short list of what we feel are major issues requiring attention.
