Easy Living at it's best!

State of the Art Sophisticated Loft Living in Downtown Salem only five blocks to commuter rail & eleven blocks to the Boston Harbor Ferry.  Our lofts are spacious and no floor plan is exactly the same.

First floor Retail Shops include: The Cheese Shop of Salem;  Mark Your Spot (curios); Engine House Pizza; Rouge Cosmetics; Edward Jones Financial Planners; Sage Women's Apparel, Jolie Tea Company, and last but not least, A&J King Artisan Bakers.   We are doing some "Spring Cleaning" and  the building will be "under construction" over the summer but your favorite retail shops are still open for business.

We are at the epicenter of downtown Salem.  There are over 70 restaurants within walking distance as well as The Peabody Essex Museum, the Salem Witch Museum, the historic Salem Waterfront, the House of the Seven Gables, Derby Wharf, and many other attractions.
